Behavioral Expectations: Disruptive behavior in our casino and hotel resort may result in removal without refund, ensuring a respectful environment for all guests.

Eviction Rights: The hotel reserves the right to evict guests due to conduct or behavior deemed inappropriate, or for safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies especially if guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, or harass or endanger other guests.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in to the hotel.

Identification: It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Non-transferability: This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.

No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show or early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of your stay (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Food and Beverages: Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside the hotel or order food to the hotel from outside the hotel.
